How long after I place my order does it get shipped?
If you place your order before 11:00 am (Monday-Friday) it should ship out the same day.
Orders placed after 11:00 am on Friday are shipped out first thing on Monday.
Is the packaging discreet?
Our packages come in a mailer bag with a small sticker of our logo so you know who the package is from. There is NO MENTION OF CBD on the mailer bag or package.
What happens if I don’t get my package or an item arrives damaged in delivery?
First of all, sorry! Our team goes to great lengths to make sure this doesn’t happen. If your order has arrived late or damaged, simply contact our customer support via email/live chat or phone and we’ll resend it free of charge or refund you.
What happens if the CBD doesn’t help me?

Where do you ship from?
After our products are manufactured in our Swiss factory, our goods are sent to one of our 4 shipping centers (Appenzell, Berlin, London and Hong Kong). All shipments to Hong Kong will be handled by our local warehouse.
