How long after I place my order does it get shipped?

If you place your order before 11:00 am CET (Monday-Friday) it should ship out the same day.

Orders placed after 11:00 am CET on Friday are shipped out first thing on Monday.


Is the packaging discreet?

Our packages come in a compostable mailer bag with a small seal of our logo so you know who the package is from. There is NO MENTION OF CBD on the mailer bag or package.


What happens if I don’t get my package or an item arrives damaged in delivery?


First of all, Sorry! Our team goes to great lengths to make sure this doesn’t happen. If your order has arrived late or damaged, simply contact our customer support via email/live chat or phone and we’ll resend it free of charge or refund you.


What happens if the CBD doesn’t help me?


We are one of the only brands to offer a guaranteed 60-day money-back policy so if you’re not satisfied, just let our customer support team know via email/live chat or phone and we’ll refund you.


Where do you ship from?


After our products are manufactured in our Swiss factory, our goods are sent to one of our 3 shipping centers (Appenzell, Berlin, and London). All orders being sent to Germany, Austria, or any other country in the EU, are shipped from our Berlin warehouse. All orders shipped to Switzerland are shipped from our warehouse in Appenzell Outer Rhodes. All shipments to the UK are shipped from our London warehouse. Countries not mentioned here will be shipped from our Berlin facility.


Where are the products manufactured?


We are headquartered in Appenzerland, Switzerland, where we manufacture everything ourselves in small batches and are one of the only brands in Europe to do it all under GMP standards.
